If you’ve come to this page, then it’s because you want to know how you can help.
First, let me say that we truly appreciate it!! We believe that God has ordained this trip, and we are grateful that you want to partner with us.
Let me tell you a quick story.
When we began to pray for this trip — for God to “pave the road” — I really sought out specific things which I should be praying. One of those things that He gave me was finances for the trip. He clearly told us to not dip into savings accounts to take the trip, but to watch Him take care of it. He told us to use this as a lesson in faith.
Within 24 hours of us receiving the “Mexico, here we come!” email, God provided funding for the entire trip budget.
For you, that means that on this site — for THIS trip — you won’t find us asking for financial help.
So, how can you help?

- Safety
- We learn QUICKLY how to work with interpreters
- God’s Holy Spirit to flow through us
- That we will know exactly what we need to do to aid MJP (as well as Tim and family)
- That despite the language barriers we can be blessings to those with whom we come in contact

- Psalm 91 – safety and protection
- Psalm 121 – safety and protection
- Ephesians 6:19-20 – God’s Word coming out of our mouths
- John 3:34 – God’s Word in our mouths and His Spirit without limit!
- Galatians 5:25 – keeping in step with the Spirit
- Philippians 4:11-13 – contentment
- John 14:10-14 – unity with Jesus and the Father
- John 15:5 – that we will remain in Jesus and Jesus in us so that we will bear much fruit
- Colossians 1:9-12 – knowledge of God’s will, spiritual wisdom, understanding, knowledge of God, strength, endurance, patience, thankful heart…
- Ephesians 3:16-20 – spiritual strength and the full measure of God!
- Ephesians 1:17-19 – Spirit of wisdom and revelation; enlightened eyes of our hearts; knowledge of His hope, calling, purpose, riches, and power
- Psalm 119:66 – discernment
- Genesis 22:14 – provision
- Isaiah 11:2 – Spirit of wisdom, of understanding, of counsel, of power, of knowledge, and of the fear of YHWH
- Matthew 13 – God’s kingdom established in our hearts
- 2 Timothy 1:7 – spirit of power, love, calm and well balanced mind, discipline, and self-control
